YEAH. It’s for my upper level Moral Philosophy course where we have to do this for every other text we read this semester. It’s not even like we have any set guidelines for writing either, it’s just a really nebulous “reflect on what you read” type thing where you don’t even have to summarize the arguments or anything and just kind of have to elucidate what you got out of reading it. So far I have had to do this for: The Republic, The Enchiridion, Fifteen Sermons, and now The Groundwork. Next week I’m going to have to write two fucking pages about Neitzsche’s On The Genealogy of Morals.
It’s good in that it’s getting me writing and thinking critically about the texts but jesus christ fucking books have been written about these texts.
